This has paediatric outpatient services and a child development unit
with the Merry Go Round Toy Library for children with special
needs. All services operate with a medical referral.

This service is available to give quick, on the spot help to patients.
Staff will listen to concerns about services, provide information and
will direct patients to independent advocates, if necessary. They will
also provide help to patients in making a complaint (see below).

The Complaints Manager can advise about the NHS Complaints
Process and put you in touch with independent advocacy services if
required.
This is a free confidential health information service that
will direct you to the relevant resource in your area and provide
information about medical issues.
There is a range of complementary health practitioners
working in and around the Bracknell Forest area. Those listed in this
guide have all given permission for their details to be included and
have indicated that they provide services for children. While many
people find great benefit from the use of such practitioners, there is
little regulation for them. It is essential that any parent or carer
using a service undertakes research to ensure that the treatment is
appropriate for their particular child and the qualifications of the
practitioner are genuine. A discussion with other professionals
involved in the care of the child is advisable.
