Directgov Parents area provides information on various aspects of being a working parent including maternity/paternity leave and pay, parental leave and flexible working.

Family Matters Institute operates the Dad talk online advice and support service specifically for dads.

Fatherhood Institute is the national information centre on fatherhood to help harness the full potential of fatherhood with news, training information, policy updates, research summaries and guides for supporting fathers and their families.

FPA (Family Planning Association) is the UK's leading sexual health charity. Their purpose is to enable people in the UK to make informed choices about sex and to enjoy sexual health.

Gingerbread provides information and advice to single parents on a wide range of issues, including benefits, both online and through a telephone helpline.

HomeDad.org.uk is a UK support group for stay-at-home dads. Latest research from the Office of National Statistics shows that there are now 200,000 men staying at home to bring up their children; almost double the number there were in 1993 when official records began.

NHS Worth Talking About - Sex gives information and advice on sexual health matters, HIV, contraception and local services. Free and confidential sexual health helpline available on 0800 567 123.

Only Dads provide information for single dads. If you have recently become a single parent or if you have been one for years, or indeed you are on the verge of separating, you will find this website an invaluable resource. A Return to Work provides information and advice for parents looking to return to work. Topics covered include children, redundancy and seeking work.

Separated Dads is set up to help dads separated from their children and cover all aspects from emotional to financial to legal. They have a Facebook community to help through the difficult times and have recently started up a new directory to find advice and support.
